Our intent is to become “policy entrepreneurs,” using those founding principles and ideas. Our vision is to build and improve the State of Arkansas where freedom, opportunity, prosperity, and civil society flourish. It is our mission to promote public policy that enables the free expression of entrepreneurship absent of the special interest component that often accompanies the policy activity of larger businesses. That is to say that we do not intend to promote and educate for the purposes of a specific benefit but rather for the evenhanded environment in which to operate any business.

CFC⁷⁵ relies upon the general public for its financial support and is not supported by government funding. CFC⁷⁵ is governed by an independent Board of Directors.
